THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
This individual will be part of the maintenance team responsible for both maintenance and preventative maintenance within the plant.

Maintenance of all production equipment
Perform reactive, predictive and preventative maintenance within the facility
Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical components, pneumatic equipment and hydraulic equipment
Diagnose and locate performance issues with production equipment
Repair and replace defective parts, Lubricate and clean parts.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED required plus a mechanical or electrical journeyman's card and / or 5 years of mechanical or electrical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility in maintenance and preventative maintenance
In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, PLC's, cutting/welding hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
Computer skills to include: data entry into CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and use of PLC programming tools. Experience with RSLogix, RS Linx, and RS Panelbuilder is a plus.
Ability to apply sizing and selection of: conduits, wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, drills and taps required.
Blueprint reading skills, knowledge of the NED 70 (national electric code), and knowledge of OSHA DFR 1910.217
Experience with various measuring instruments, multi-meters, amp probes, thermocouples, torque wrenches
Willing to work first Shift and one other
Hourly position but this is direct hire not temp or temp to perm.

LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
