What You Will Do:
Utilize basic computer and lab equipment to perform quality checks.
Take the lead in initiating and implementing systems to enhance the Quality System.
Collaborate with other divisions to drive improvements.
Continuously enhance processes, both individually and as part of a team.
Ensure compliance with all environmental standards and requirements.
Maintain day-to-day machine operations in line with Quality System policies and procedures.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to environmental procedures for yourself and your colleagues.
What You Will Need:
Prior experience in a quality lab role is required.
(Experience in the plastics industry is a plus!) Basic lab equipment and computer knowledge are expected.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Must be able to continually stand, bend, walk, and stoop.
A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
